I’ll talk about Ocean Park, a residential complex where my friend lives. It’s one of the most interesting buildings I know because of its unusual architecture and beautiful location near the river. I’ve heard a lot about the building from my friend, so it’s definitely somewhere I’d like to visit and explore more thoroughly.

The building is located near the Red River and has a very modern design. It’s covered with large glass windows, which give it a sleek and luxurious appearance. What makes the building stand out is its unusual shape. From a distance, it resembles the sail of a boat, while some curved details near the entrance remind me of waves. As a result, the whole building looks almost like a boat riding on the river. I think the design fits perfectly with its surroundings and gives the building a distinctive character.

The building serves both residential and commercial purposes. The lower floors are mainly used as offices and commercial spaces, while the upper floors contain apartments. I find this quite convenient because people can live and work in the same complex. It also makes the building feel much more lively than an ordinary apartment block.

My friend’s apartment is on the 10th floor. It has an open-plan layout, meaning the living room, dining area and kitchen are all connected rather than being separated by walls. What attracts me most, however, is the panoramic river view from the apartment. According to my friend, the view looks absolutely stunning at sunrise and sunset, when the light reflects off the water. I can imagine sitting next to the window with a cup of coffee and enjoying the scenery. That’s probably one of the main reasons I’d love to spend some time there.

Why I Would Like to Visit: Lý do muốn đến

Besides the apartment itself, I’d also like to explore the rest of the complex. The pictures I’ve seen make everything look modern and luxurious, from the entrance and lobby to the common areas. My friend has also told me that the staff there are very friendly and helpful. So overall, I think visiting the building would be a really enjoyable experience. Because of its distinctive architecture, riverside location and impressive views, I’d definitely put Ocean Park high on my list of buildings I’d like to visit.

6. Cách miêu tả kiến trúc tự nhiên hơn

Khi gặp một công trình có thiết kế đặc biệt, bạn có thể sử dụng cấu trúc:

The curved details remind me of waves.

Thay vì học thuộc toàn bộ sample answer, bạn chỉ cần nhớ:
